i am SO disappointed in the Don Draper character.

first, he refuses to back up Sal and abruptly fires him with no post employment benefits,(the "you people" comment he so disparingly uttered is beneath contempt!)

then he stoofes the "not Quite Right in the head" school teacher..

some people are their own worst enemies.

Don is a wealthy man.  Therefore, he is doing everything right.
