Thought that an interesting twist that the Brits sell SC to Duck's firm. This time Don's under contract.

That was exactly why he was forced to sign the contract - so he couldn't back out when the next sale came along. Cooper knows Don doesn't get it as a businessman, and he knows he has no education but he has talent on the creative side. The contract makes him an asset they can sell.
