To get an AVATAR:
1.) sign in
2.) click "Preferences" at the top of the page.
3.) Scroll half way down and you'll see an Avatar upload area.
4.) You can use one of the pre-made avatars or upload your own, but be sure the picture is sized 80px X 80 px.
4a.) To upload click "browse" and located your picture on your computer.
4b.) To use a pre-made avatar, right-click > save as, then save it to your computer. Then upload it as detailed in step 4a.
5.) Finally, select "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page
