Thanks for the tip-
I am buying up several DVD season #1 in the cool 'lighter' box for the holidays so my friends can all be up to speed on MM referances. Also I made up my own t-shirts for me and my friend. I took the MM logo and changed it to read “MAD JIM” and one for my friend “MADMATT” although my name has three letters like “Men” the Matt looks much cooler. I had my graphic artist redraw the logo in a vector format. Here’s the link to the company where I ordered the shirts ($22). I’m sure if you emailed them they could pop your name into the existing art I created. AC Apparel - Sales 877-845-0287 (877) YES-TEES www.acapparel.com Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. |

I recently remembered watching Don at the hotel bar in California, ordering himself an Old Fashioned. I've taken to ordering them myself now when I'm in a good bar, and making them at home. They're quite a tasty cocktail.
Then, I went to this website and watched scene 1, episode 1, season 1, and there he was, ordering an Old Fashioned in the very first scene! I had forgotten all about that. The thing is, with an Old Fashioned, it cannot be made by any 20-something "mixologist" with a liquor nozzle. You need to find a bar in a nicer, old hotel, someplace where there are older bartenders who freepour and make everything by hand. That's the only way to do it. Check out this video on youtube by Chris McMillon on how to make them right. http://www.youtube.com/wa ... |

Draper Fan –
Can’t figure out how to post a pdf…. An ‘old fashion’ EEEUUUoooo. I thought I would be cool and order one. Nope, can’t say that I like it. It was also the drink that Jim Backus ordered in it’s a Mad Mad Mad World with a funny Connecticut accent. If you get the DVD of the first season they name the restaurant that the Drapers always go to, it’s a real restaurant in LA. My dream date is to get all “dolled” up with my wife and make a reservation for the exact booth and get our picture taken posing with cigarettes. We’ve been looking for another show to replace it. Rented two disks of HOBs “Big Love” after the titillation of the sex with multiple wives is done the whole story is just a drag. |

Hey Betty
Your website doesn't work - at all. What is the problem? I'd really like to watch Episode 1 of season 3. |
