I'm not really looking for spoilers, just confirmation on whether we ever get any backstory about Don's hipster girlfriend from The Village? I've watched S1, and most of S2, and so far, she seems to be this pretty one-dimensional character that we never learn much about. Do we ever learn how Don and her met? Why she decided to take up with Don (they seem so different - she's an anti-establishment hipster, him representing the establishment and everything bad about it)?

My guess is she took up with him, at least in part, because she held the secret fantasy that she could "reform" him.

Well, anyhow, do they ever get around to giving any backstory on her?
